How you will create an impact 📈:

• Monitoring production costs: raw materials, labor, equipment, energy

• Calculating and analyzing the unit cost per product (various types of transformers)

• Preparing production budgets and monitoring budget execution

• Identifying budget deviations and proposing corrective measures

• Analyzing profitability by batches, orders, and production lines

• Participating in monthly inventory and verifying the accuracy of records

• Collaborating with production engineers to optimize workflows

• Preparing reports for monthly reporting

• Providing support during internal and external audits

What are we looking for 🔎:

• Higher education in economics

• Proven experience in the manufacturing sector, with a track record of over 5 years in similar roles

• In-depth understanding of national and international legislation, sector-specific regulations, and the ability to adapt to legislative and procedural changes

• Integrity and confidentiality, having access to sensitive data

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail, essential for verifying data accuracy and identifying discrepancies

• Clear and effective communication with operational and managerial teams; strong collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of English is an advantage
