Work Schedule: Friday - Tuesday 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm Romania Time
Work Type and Location: Remote in Romania

About The Role

We’re currently looking for a dynamic, well-versed Fraud Check Support to provide the customers of a German B2C gaming marketing company with outstanding support.
Our Fraud Check Support team is an expert in all areas of document investigation. They thrive in dynamic and flexible environments, take ownership of our partners’ brand, product, and opportunities, and use their creative problem-solving abilities to go above and beyond expectations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Screen our user base and payment requests, detect fraud, and take appropriate actions
  • Approve/ Decline payout requests
  • Understand the importance of fraud prevention and its impact on our business
  • Work closely with customer support to help resolve relevant tickets
  • Report insights and findings to our internal team
 

What We Expect From You:

  • Excellent English skills, spoken and written (EFSET results from C1 or C2 level)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an affinity for numbers and data
  • 1-2 years of general work experience (experience in fraud management is a plus, but not essential)
  • Quick learning ability, confidence in handling basic Excel, and an independent work style
  • Enthusiasm for mobile games and online topics
