• Provide outstanding customer service and support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with professionalism and empathy.

• Collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards and timely resolutions.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer care.
• Ability and willingness to work (remotely) and manage time effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
• Interest in relocating and living in Greece.
