• Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to service-level agreements

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluency in French (C1+) and English (B2+)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus

• EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Romania is required
