  • As a Front Office Night Supervisor, you will:

  • Be fully responsible for front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring that the highest level of guest service is maintained while running the front desk efficiently;
  • Update data and financial reports closing the accounting day;
  • Audit client accounts to determine the accuracy of rates and market codes;
  • Record the hotel nightly rate as well as all fees charged to hotel guests; 
  • Check guest checks for price and sales errors;
  • Check the balance of the revenue of each shift;
  • Check the sales figures of the Food & Beverage department; 
  • Be aware of the duties of the reservations department; make reservations if necessary;
  • Prepare the payment notes for express check-out and correcting calculation errors in existing notes;
  • Show initiative, be responsive to guests needs;
  • Maintain a positive work relationship with colleagues, and offer support for difficult situations;
  • Deal effectively and promptly with guests' problems with common sense, tact and diplomacy.
  • Our most successful Front Office Night Supervisor is someone who has:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing);
  • Proficiency in English; knowing a second foreign language represents an advantage;
  • Previous experience in hospitality industry, especially in the Front Office area;
  • Computer skills and ability to use standard software applications, knowledge of Opera represents a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and effective decision-making skills;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Ability to acquire and maintain relationships ., employees, guests.
