Frontend Engineer

Location Qualifications: 

Bucharest (hybrid, 2 days in the office)

Position Overview: 

As a Frontend Engineer, you'll be pivotal in crafting innovative solutions that transform the creation, organization, and distribution of sales content. Catering to Sales Enablement specialists and Marketing Content Owners, you'll harness cutting-edge technologies to continuously elevate our platform, maximizing its impact on our users.

This isn’t just about maintaining a codebase; it’s about driving innovation. You will take full ownership of new features, writing functional, automated, and scalable code that thrives within our cloud infrastructure. You’ll be building a seamless, high-performance bridge between our users and their most critical sales assets.

What You’ll Do: 

• Participate in the entire SDLC—from requirement gathering and UI/UX collaboration to deployment and monitoring—using an agile, iterative process.


• Participate in code reviews and advocate for testing strategies that ensure platform stability.


• Build and maintain complex, modular architectures that play well with others, focusing on interoperability and third-party ecosystems.

What We’re Looking For 

Must haves

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer, with a deep mastery of modern frameworks (preferably Angular).


• Experience building and maintaining complex, modular architectures.


• Proven track record working with 3rd party integrations (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Teams, or Browser Extensions).


• Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0 flows, token-based security models, and secure data handling.


• You are a natural team player and a clear communicator who thrives in an Agile environment.

Nice to haves

• Experience (or a strong interest) in managing AI agents and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.


• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) or Content Management Systems (CMS).


• Familiarity with cloud-native environments, specifically AWS.


• An appetite to contribute to backend features using Node.js, Kotlin, or PHP.
