Job-specific introduction

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will help shape the various components that are necessary to build modern software solutions. Do you have a broad interest in all aspects of software development and are eager to learn new technologies? Then you might be the perfect person for this job. 

You understand the challenges of building distributed applications, as well as how web services and databases are working under the hood.

What will you do?

• Prototype and develop scalable and reliable software solutions


• Contribute to the design and implementation of intuitive and engaging user experiences across web and potentially mobile platforms.


• Enforce quality through test-driven development


• Ensure maintainability by documenting code and solution


• Act as a mentor for colleagues and help sharing knowledge


• Translate business requirements in a robust, performant and secure technical solution

Who you are?

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or a Master’s degree in Computer Science (or a related field).


• Substantial knowledge of both back-end (Node.js, MongoDB, SQL, AMQP) and front-end (ES6, HTML5, CSS3) development.


• You have a strong understanding of user interface (UI) principles and best practices, with an eye for visual design and user experience.


• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma) is a plus.


• You understand common software engineering practices (git, unit testing, code documentation, continuous integration, dependency management, monitoring, version management,.. ).


• An instinct for software architecture and micro-services and how they are tested and deployed.. You have a solid comprehension of web technologies (HTTP, HTTP/2, WS,..) and API development (JSON, OAuth, JWT, ..).


• Good understanding of database design concepts.


• You love to experiment and explore new technologies/frameworks.


• Experience with mobile application development, or a strong desire to learn and cross-over into this domain is a significant plus.


• You know how to leverage AI tooling (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, Agentic SDLC) in software development.


• Ability to handle the pressure and flexibility of a young company.


• You're fluent in English.
