What You Need for this Position

- substantial experience working with solid JavaScript and Node.JS

- Experience using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS

- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL

- curiosity and willingness to learn and try new things on the job

A sneak peeks into our work:

 - Most of our work consists of systems accessible only on the local network, so security is not a big concern.

    - We use web sockets a lot to communicate with front-end, but also to communicate with other local microservices

    - For well-established games with APIs that give access to the game state, we do a lot of parsing to generate statistics, highlight videos, etc.

    - Sometimes we also integrate external REST APIs (e.g., toornament, google APIs)

    - We use the OSC protocol to communicate with hardware such as X-Keys

    - We experimented with Golang as well and mostly used it in smaller projects like parsing serial port data from camera equipment, but also in-game state parsers in the past.
