We are seeking a highly talented and forward-thinking individual to join the Client Marketing team as a Global Field Marketing Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in repositioning Genpact as a disruptive force in the fields of data, technology, and AI within the Consumer Goods, Retail, and Coca-Cola & Unilever business units.

To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record in field marketing, possess integrated marketing and communications expertise, and be adept at working collaboratively across various marketing functions. You will also need to engage effectively with colleagues worldwide, including sales, service lines, growth operations, and the wider marketing ecosystem, to achieve shared growth objectives.

This demanding yet rewarding position requires executive presence, outstanding emotional intelligence, initiative, and exceptional organizational skills. It offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into our business and work closely with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

·Supporting the formulation of the Go-To-Market strategy for the Consumer Goods, Coca-Cola & Unilever, and Retail industry verticals: It will involve working closely with the business to identify key priorities, building and delivering a program of activities that deliver against brand awareness, demand generation, and client engagement goals.

·Partnering with business unit leadership, sales teams, and growth operations: Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with business leaders, key sales leaders and their teams, aligning marketing as a strategic partner to deliver on Genpact’s growth ambitions. You will serve as the key ‘go-to’ person for your business units to deliver the GTM program on a day-to-day basis.

·Implementing the Consumer Goods and Retail GTM plan: Executing GTM campaigns and coordinating cross-functional teams across the marketing ecosystem, including portfolio, content, inbound, events, web, social, PR, AR, IS, demand center, etc.

·Leveraging DTAI, Partner, Service Line, and Brand marketing motions: Integrating relevant marketing campaigns built outside of the vertical market teams into your business unit plans to fully exploit DTAI, buying center, partner, and brand marketing initiatives.

·Supporting the promotion of analyst and advisor rankings and PR initiatives: Driving exposure for Genpact and showcasing our DTAI capabilities through preferential coverage generated by the Analyst Relations, Advisors Relations, and PR teams.

·Supporting the delivery of specific account-based marketing initiatives: Deploy Account Based Marketing (ABM) tactics with chosen Champion and Growth accounts, including Coca-Cola, Unilever, and Walmart.

·Consistently reporting performance outcomes: In partnership with the Performance Marketing Team, drive rigor in reporting marketing activity to the business to improve sales and marketing integration and engagement and inform future activity.

·Marketing operations management

·Oversee the management of finance provisions (budget management, forecasting, invoice payment, etc.) and sourcing initiation across assigned projects

·Acquire requisite approvals for campaigns, including event activation, in partnership with VML

·Monitor campaign progress in collaboration with central teams and marketing tools (e.g., SFDC, DOMO, Monday.com, Allocadia).

·Follow through on leads generated from marketing activities, including inside sales, events, and website enquiries

  • Relevant years’ field marketing experience gained within the professional services or the IT industry, with a passion for B2B marketing
  • Highly collaborative, a team player with the ability to thrive in a diverse global environment
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Judgement and decisiveness, able to solve problems at pace and show initiative
  • Ability to recognize and create impactful and differentiated campaigns
  • A commercial mindset and appreciation of sales teams
  • Intellectually curious, willing to challenge, bring new ideas to the table and take risks
  • Able to demonstrate both agility and resilience
