We are seeking a Global IT Team Lead for System Management and Operations, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing the System Management and Operations team, with an initial focus on shaping critical operational activities and accelerating the setup process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a global team responsible for System Management and Operations
• Manage service providers to ensure effective service delivery
• Define and execute infrastructure strategy for workplace technologies
•  Lead key  System Management related projects, including M&A integrations and infrastructure carve-outs
• Oversee key operational functions including System Management, Privileged Access Management, and Infrastructure Reporting
• Ensure efficient functioning of company devices, software deployment, and security
• Align operational activities with organizational needs and utilize current technology

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a global team delivering services in an enterprise environment.
• Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary Teams..
• Extensive knowledge of System Management Services (Ivanti/Intune)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; 
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including experience in mentoring and developing team members.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing innovative solutions to complex IT challenges.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
