The role Are you a strategic and results-driven marketing leader with a passion for B2B technology? SoftwareOne is seeking a talented Global Marketing Leader to lead our Microsoft Alliance marketing strategy. In this key role, you will develop and execute joint partner marketing programs, drive our go-to-market campaigns, and enhance SoftwareOne's awareness and pipeline for Microsoft services. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic partner marketing plans for AI, Application Migration, Copilot, Security, and CSP Align local marketing activities with global Microsoft strategies Manage global and regional Microsoft marketing relationships and reporting Collaborate with Sales and Services to achieve marketing-attributed pipeline goals Harmonise Microsoft value propositions with SoftwareOne services Leverage Microsoft partner programs for campaigns, events, and digital marketing Create joint promotional materials and enhance SoftwareOne’s external profile Report on and optimize marketing campaign performance Mentor local Microsoft alliance marketers What we need to see from you 10-12 years in partner/channel ecosystem and B2B technology marketing, with a solid foundation in Microsoft services. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams, fostering alignment and collaboration. Expertise in strategic planning, resource management, and driving measurable ROI. Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and stakeholders.
