We are partnering with a leading B2B solution provider that is seeking a Head of Appearance to lead and elevate the standards of their gaming studios in Bucharest. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence across the department while contributing directly to the companys brand identity and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily departmental operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Monitor team performance and implement coaching, training, and corrective actions when needed.

• Mentor junior managers and team leads, fostering a results-driven and growth-oriented culture.

• Lead departmental projects with a focus on maintaining quality standards and cost-effectiveness.

• Continuously evaluate workflows and introduce digital tools to improve efficiency.

• Approve and implement procedures that boost productivity and operational effectiveness.

• Monitor and report on inventory levels, escalating critical issues to senior leadership.

• Utilize KPIs and data analysis to support decision-making and measure success.

• Manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-efficient procurement and purchasing.

• Assist with vendor selection and contract negotiations to balance quality and cost.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and interdepartmental efficiency.

• Ensure consistent application of quality standards, guidelines, and compliance across all outputs.

• Support the alignment of product/service presentation with branding and visual identity.

• Contribute to scaling and setting up new operational sites by implementing departmental standards.

• Provide input into long-term resource planning, efficiency improvements, and talent development.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (C1 level), both spoken and written.

• Minimum of 2 years in a senior management or leadership role.

• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong project management, communication, and team development skills.

• Proven experience in budget management and cost optimization.

• Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting (including PowerPoint presentations).

• Solid understanding of inventory and stock management processes.

• Background or interest in style, branding, or visual presentation (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in complex, collaborative environments.

• Awareness of visual trends in media, digital entertainment, or related industries.

• Track record of developing teams and supporting long-term talent growth.
