Job Description - Head of ERP Pharmaceutical Distribution Vertical

We are looking for an accomplished leader to head our Pharma ERP Division, with full accountability for strategy, revenue growth, and international expansion. This role requires a strong business consulting pedigree, a commercial mindset, and the ability to scale operations while building trusted partnerships with global clients.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will shape the division’s vision, expand our international footprint, and drive high-impact ERP and transformation programs across the pharmaceutical sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategy for the Pharma ERP vertical, including market expansion
• Own full P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable business performance
• Lead business development initiatives and strengthen executive client relationships
• Act as a senior advisor to clients, bringing a strong consulting perspective to transformation agendas
• Oversee delivery of complex ERP programs ensuring quality and value realization
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams
• Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Proven track record of P&L ownership, revenue growth, and scaling business operations
Strong senior business consultancy background with strategic advisory and client facing experience
Significant leadership experience top-tier consulting environments

Experience leading international expansion or managing client portfolios
Relevant understanding of ERP and digital transformation in regulated industries
Exceptional executive presence, influencing, and negotiation skills
Fluent English, French would be nice to have.
