Mission

As Head of Growth Marketing, you will own our growth engine - driving demand, building brand authority, and scaling a high-performance team.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a builder who can set strategy while rolling up their sleeves to execute, shaping demand generation, brand awareness, and go-to-market execution across global markets.

What you would do on a daily basis

• Build and optimize demand generation and ABM strategies targeting enterprise clients
• Position FlowX.AI as the leader in agentic AI for financial services
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and partnerships
• Manage and scale a marketing team, implementing AI-driven ops and systems
• Partner with Sales and Product to align go-to-market execution

Who you are

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing/growth (fintech, AI, or enterprise software a plus)
• Proven success in demand generation & ABM for senior exec audiences
• Strong ability to translate complex tech into clear business outcomes
• Data-driven, entrepreneurial, and hands-on leader
