Job Description - HR Administrator & Payroll Specialist - Location Romania

What you can expect

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Experience in HR administration and familiarity with HR policies and legal requirements is preferred.

  • Employee Records Management : Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Contract Amendments: Prepare and manage addendums for job changes, salary increases, holiday entitlements, and other contractual amendments.
  • Leavers Flow Process: Facilitate the leavers flow process, including preparing termination documents.
  • Document Issuance: Issue employment certificates and other official documents for employees.
  • Benefit Administration: Administer 7 cards and Regina Maria registrations, ensuring timely distribution and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Disciplinary Support: Offer support in disciplinary cases by providing guidance on legal requirements, assisting in investigations, and documenting actions.
  • Maternity Return Coordination: Coordinate the maternity return process, including preparing necessary paperwork and facilitating reintegration.
  • Maternity Leave Support: Provide support in preparing written information regarding pregnancy for employees entering maternity leave.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their questions and requests via personal interactions and HR email.
  • HR Information : Provide timely and accurate information on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Medical Check-ups Coordination: Coordinate periodic medical check-ups for employees at Regina Maria medical clinic.
  • Scheduling and Recordkeeping : Facilitate scheduling, communication, and recordkeeping related to medical appointments.
  • Job Descriptions Maintenance: Maintain and update job descriptions, ensuring alignment with current roles and responsibilities.
  • Payroll Support: Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and responding to employee inquiries regarding pay-related issues.
  • Payroll Data Checking : Offer support with payroll data and checking payroll sheets with the HR Manager.
  • What makes you stand out
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience of min 2 years in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
