HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic business partner to managers across all HR functions, adapting policies and procedures to meet specific business needs;
• Manage the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to retirement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience;
• Lead efficient recruitment processes, exploring innovative methods such as online platforms, job fairs, and referrals;
• Support HR monthly reporting processes and ensure accurate employee data maintenance;
• Drive conflict management and disciplinary actions when necessary, fostering a positive work environment;
• Implement internal and external HR communication programs to enhance employee engagement;
• Assist in training needs analysis and development of individual development plans for managers and high-potential employees;
• Support HR digitalization efforts based on local needs and available resources.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree ideally in Human Resources or related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience, coordinating projects in various HR areas;
• Experience in recruitment for both blue and white-collar positions;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• Experience in logistics, retail or transport industries preferred.
