Key Responsibilities
- Culture & Engagement
- Champion our culture principles across the company, ensuring they guide hiring, performance, decision-making, and recognition.
- Design and run culture-building initiatives that strengthen belonging, trust, and collaboration.
- Measure engagement, share insights with leadership, and drive action plans.
- Leadership Partnering
- Act as a coach and advisor to managers and senior leaders.
- Enable leaders to role-model our principles, especially in decision-making, eedback, and performance.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Performance & Development
- Own the performance management cycle (goals, reviews, feedback frameworks).
- Build career development paths that reward growth, curiosity, and high standards.
- Identify L&D opportunities aligned with culture and business priorities.
- Employee Relations
- Be a trusted advisor on sensitive employee issues with fairness and transparency.
- Promote open communication and constructive debate (“Disagree and Commit”).
- Support healthy conflict resolution and feedback culture.
- Collaboration with HR Team
- Work with the HR Generalist to ensure policies, onboarding, and recruiting reflect our culture principles.
- Align talent acquisition with long-term culture fit and leadership needs
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or advisory role.
- Proven experience shaping culture, performance, and leadership in a high-growth company.
- Strong coaching skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.
- A mindset that aligns with our culture principles: customer-obsessed, bold, fast, curious, committed, and uncompromising on standards.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
