Job Description - HR Operations Analyst

Disclaimer:

As part of the transition following the sale by Finastra of the Teciem business, Finastra is supporting Teciem on a temporary basis by managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process for this position, including advertising, candidate outreach, interviews and selection. While certain points of contact in the hiring process will be Finastra staff, the successful candidate will be employed within the Teciem business and will carry out their role solely for Teciem.

HR Operations Analyst – Global Employee Lifecycle & Benefits

Role Purpose

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operational support across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through exit, for employees based on smaller hubs from Europe and North America with an extra focus on handling benefits operations globally (~1300 employees and 25 jurisdictions). This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely execution of HR processes while providing a high-quality employee experience, with a strong focus on global benefits administration and employee queries.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Employee Lifecycle Management (End-to-End)

• Manage HR operations across the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee data changes, inputs to payroll, offboarding and actign as point of escalation for Tier1 colleagues solving employees’ queries

• Execute lifecycle transactions in line with global standards and local requirements

 

Global Benefits Administration & Support

• Act as the primary contact for employee benefits queries globally

• Manage benefits enrolment, changes, and offboarding for employees and dependents

• Support annual benefits activities such as open enrollment

• Coordinate with Head of Benefits for support

 

 

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to local labour laws, global policies, and data privacy requirements

• Support audits and identify potential compliance risks

Process Improvement

• Maintain SOPs, guides, and knowledge articles

• Identify opportunities for standardisation and automation

 

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–5+ years’ experience in HR Operations, Shared Services model

• End-to-end employee lifecycle experience across multiple countries

• Strong exposure to global benefits administration

• HRIS and case management system experience (e.g. Workday)

• Strong attention to detail and customer focus
