HR Process Expert German

Fluent in English; German would be a plus; University degree; High reporting skills; HR Experience is preferable; Experience in Shared Service area; Knowledge and experience in process management; Knowledge of HR processes and tools; Good knowledge of analytical and statistical methods to systematically improve processes, “Six Sigma”- Approach; Competent, authentic and confident manner; Conceptual intellectual power and solution-focused acting as well as ability to support decision making processes; Cooperative work style, social competence and communicative assets; Experience in preparation, description and presentation; Willingness to travel in projects.
