About the role

In this job you will be responsible for a portfolio of corporate clients for whom TMF Group provide HR & Payroll services. As the HR Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for HR administrative and payroll related queries. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents and updating internal databases.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Providing support in HR and Payroll related tasks for medium complexity client/clients;
  • Preparing employees certificates as well as employment contracts, addendums to the contracts, decisions, termination documents;
  • Archiving of personnel files;
  • Collecting and verifying of medical leave certificates;
  • Electronic registering of employees (REVISAL) transmission;
  • Inserting and updating employee data in payroll software and internal platforms;
  • Assist in the enactment of compliance measures according to the ISAE norms and actively participate in yearly audits, if needed;
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our Clients’ specific requirements


  • About you

    To excel in this job you should possess previous track record in HR administrative duties. You have good eye for detail and you are enthusiastic about streamlining HR processes, ensuring efficient administrative support.

    Ideally you are meeting following hiring criteria:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or other relevant field;
  • At least 6 months experience in similar positions;
  • Fluency in Romanian language is required. Good command of English is highly desirable;
  • Good computer literacy (especially EXCEL). Proven track record in working with payroll software (DP Payroll) would be a plus;
  • Organized and pro-active attitude;
  • Comfortable having work reviewed and receiving constructive feedback
