Main Duties And Responsibilities
Document administration in relation to employee life cycle events like contracts, addenda, exits and certificates Maintain personal files in line with legal requirements & accurately maintain employee master data in HR Systems HR project management (participating in HR knowledge transfer & process improvement projects) Support HRSSC and HRBPs on HR legal & Admin subjects To Join Our Team You Will Need
Professional experience preferably within HR area Very good German (min. B2 level) & at least good English Experience working in a GBS / Shared Services work environment is highly desirable PC Literate (MS Office and Workday user knowledge will be an asset) Attention to detail Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality Good, professional communication skills If you join us, you will enjoy
