Job Description - Hybrid Native Dutch Account Manager in Bucharest

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Account Manager fluent in Dutch to join our team in Bucharest. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will be the primary contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing tailored solutions and exceptional service. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing a blend of in-office and remote work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Dutch-speaking clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Understand client needs and offer personalized solutions to help them meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and product delivery.
  • Regularly monitor and report on account performance to clients.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present account reviews, proposals, and reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both clients and the company.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written).
  • Strong command of English.
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong focus on client success and business growth.
