You’ll generate insights to boost ad performance, guide revisions, and help build systems that turn creative and performance data into clear, actionable strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze digital ads and their performance data to identify trends and opportunities
• Generate actionable insights to enhance ad effectiveness and ROI
• Approve revised ad creatives or provide detailed feedback for further improvement
• Work closely with the tech team to design processes for systematic data extraction and analysis
• Develop innovative methods to merge creative and performance data for high-quality insights
• Communicate findings clearly to both creative and technical teams
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends, creative best practices, and performance benchmarks
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve creative strategy and processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years in creative strategy for digital ads
• Strong English communication skills
• Proven background in ad agencies or big brands with high-volume ad production
• Highly creative, thinks outside the box
• Team player, people-oriented
