• Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs using Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagrams


• Integrate PLCs with sensors, actuators, HMIs, and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus)


• Troubleshoot and optimize control systems for reliability and performance


• Collaborate with hardware teams for board bring-up, interfacing, and validation


• Configure middleware components to enable communication between industrial systems and enterprise applications


• Work with messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT) and integration frameworks


• Ensure middleware performance, security, and high availability in distributed environments


• Work closely with automation, hardware, and software teams to deliver integrated solutions


• Document system architecture, interfaces, and operational procedures

What should you bring along

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field


• At least 3 years of experience as an industrial automation engineer 


• PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider)


• Embedded development (C/C++, RTOS, microcontrollers)


• Middleware technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT, WebSphere)


• Familiarity with industrial protocols and networking standards


• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills


• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus


• Experience in Building Automation


• Experience in Input and Output Logic
