To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Injection Molding Industrialization Engineer in our plant in [[location]].

• Ownership for industrialization activities for new projects injection molding processes


• Work closely with tooling engineer and tool suppliers from quotation phase, tools pre-acceptance at supplier to mass-production preparation


• Define injection parameters and run-off tests and trials for new products


• Prepare technical quotations, budget and industrialization plans for new projects


• Initiate, review and validate technical documentation including PFMEA, parameters sheet and relevant documents and specifications.


• Provide technical support to improve production process performance (OEE) and reduce operational costs.


• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process transfers between locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably in a relevant technical field).


• 4–6 years of professional experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing processes.


• Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


• Good understanding of technical drawing and injection molding machine and processes


• Experience with automation in molding process would be a plus


• Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, analytical thinking, creativity and adaptability to dynamic environments.
