Your Mission  

Ensures the optimal maintenance of all equipment inside the factory. 

 
Key Responsibilities 

• Ensures the optimal maintenance of all equipment inside the factory, from a mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical standpoint; 

• Contributes to meeting the maintenance indicators required within the factory; 

• Ensures that all safety standards are respected according to the regulations in force; 

• Collaborates with all departments for continuous improvement actions related to the maintenance process; 

• Responsible for the parameters and technical standards for carrying out maintenance and repair works, the types and functional parameters of the equipment, the types of works, and the raw and basic materials used; 

• Understands the operating mode of the equipment, tools, devices, and measuring instruments used; 

• Continuously monitors the application of quality parameters imposed by specific procedures or technological instructions; 

• Checks the correctness of assemblies using appropriate instruments, performs dimensional control, and makes final adjustments; 

• Monitors the daily operation of machines and equipment to identify malfunctions; 

• Performs current maintenance works according to the specific prescriptions for each piece of equipment; 

• Adjusts mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic mechanisms to meet the specified functional parameters; 

• Prepares technical inspection sheets and reports operations to the hierarchical superior; 

• Determines the causes of malfunctions based on their type, conditions of occurrence, and existing maintenance-repair records; reports identified malfunctions, the causes that generated them, and proposes corrective measures;
