We are looking for an Italian-speaking professional who will have the role of Inside Sales Engineer in a company operating in the PVC doors and windows manufacturing environment.
Inside Sales Engineer - Italian speaker
The Inside Sales Engineer provides technical support and expertise to the field sales team, offering support in understanding the technical aspects of products and effectively communicating business proposals to potential customers. The Inside Sales Engineer acts as an account manager in the relationship with customers, proposing technical and commercial solutions in relation to their needs.
Key responsibilities:
Technical expertise:
Develop an understanding of the company's products or services, including their technical specifications, features, and benefits. Knowledge of industry trends, competing products, and emerging technologies relevant to the company's offerings. Sales:
Collaborate with the field sales team to identify potential customers and understand their technical requirements; Analysis of tender documentation in order to elaborate the technical and financial proposal; Draft the price offer, including additional documents (execution schedules, filling in eligibility documents according to requirements, resource planning, cash-flow, etc.); Provide technical support in the relationship with customers regarding the technical aspects of the company's products or offers; Customer Networking:
Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing customized solutions; Manage customer relationships to solve problems and ensure satisfaction through company offers; Collaboration:
Technical support offering the information and documents that were the basis for drawing up the financial offer to the project team; Coordinate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Sales process optimization:
Assist in the development of sales tools, such as technical documentation, case studies, and product data sheets, to support the sales process; Providing information and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency based on technical expertise and customer interactions; Preparation and maintenance of a database related to tendered projects, contracted projects, subcontractors, and suppliers; Requirements:
Secondary education in relevant field. Previous experience in a technical sales role. Minimum 1 year experience in the area of offering products in the field of construction/carpentry / PVC is an advantage; Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly understand sales concepts. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and convincingly. Proven ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of Winarhi software. Knowledge of Italian at a medium level, French is a plus.
