Internal Communications Specialist Video & Design

Marsh is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist — Video & Design to join the Technology Communications team supporting global technology modernization efforts. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and will follow a hybrid working model (in office three times per week). The role exists to modernize internal tech communications by producing short-form video and multimedia, improving how technical subject matter and tech events are communicated across the business. 

We will count on you to: 

• Lead end-to-end video production for technology communications: concept, scripting, shooting/asset assembly, editing and delivery for internal channels. 

• Design graphics and motion assets that align with Marsh branding to support video, intranet articles, event materials and social/internal campaigns. 

• Work closely with technical subject-matter experts and event leads to translate complex tech topics into clear, engaging visual stories. 

• Help shift team communications from long-form email to more dynamic formats (short video, animated explainers, and multimedia). 

• Create design material including educational info, flyers, posters, and static screen graphics for various initiatives including events 

• Liaise with the centralized communications/brand team to ensure consistency with global brand and design guidelines. 

What you need to have: 

• Proven portfolio demonstrating corporate video and design work (required). 

• Strong practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator) and familiarity with fast-turnaround tools such as Clipchamp or CapCut. 

• Experience working in a corporate environment or cross-functional communications team (internal comms experience preferred). 

• Solid understanding of video production workflows (storyboarding, editing, formats, captioning and delivery for internal comms). 

• Excellent collaborative and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable interviewing technical SMEs and turning their input into polished assets.

• Motion design skills and experience with animation rigs/advanced After Effects techniques. 

• Knowledge of accessibility and captioning best practices for internal video. 

• Experience working with centralized brand teams and adapting global guidelines for local/internal campaigns.
