Internal Sales

stow is a global market leader in industrial storage solutions. Headquartered in Belgium, stow employs ca 2,000 ‘Rack Stars’ across Europe and the US. The group has a pan-European production footprint with 10 production facilities and a global commercial network.

The Internal Sales is responsible for the full order intake process for different key customer accounts. This includes both ensuring correct and efficient processing of all incoming orders and providing support to the people working in the different affiliates.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Check the offers in the calculator program to eliminate errors
• Send the orders to SAP
• Prepare the invoicing schedule for the finance department
• Communicate with several departments (engineering, planning, purchase, transport , finance) to ensure efficient processing of the orders
• Direct communication with end customers about the scheduled delivery of the orders
• Single point of contact for all order intake-related questions

Your profile

• You have a degree and 1-3 years' experience in an administrative role
• You are very precise in administrative tasks
• You like to communicate with different people from different international departments
• You are a team player
• You are not afraid to work in a challenging environment with lots of variety
• You can work independently to prioritize your own tasks
• You have good knowledge of the MS Office package
• You are fluent in English. French and other languages are a plus
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
