IoT Onboarding Engineer

-Analyse and validate IoT customer solution design documentation and determine required technical configurations. -Lead and take ownership of solution implementations during the delivery phase. -Develop operational technical procedures to enhance build efficiency and simplify solution delivery. -Play an essential role in the end‑to‑end IoT technical onboarding journey. -Serve as the single point of contact for first‑line technical troubleshooting with IoT customers until solutions go live. -Conduct assessments and validations of detailed IoT solution design documentation. -A graduate with a university degree, preferably in engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or a related technical field. -Experienced in roles such as network engineer, technical designer, support engineer, or network architect. -Knowledgeable in Telecom Core Packet Switching components including GGSN, PGW, SGSN, MME, DNS and BIG‑IP. -Skilled in working with Cisco and Juniper technologies. -Familiar with Packet‑Switched and Circuit‑Switched telecom networks such as GSM, UMTS, LTE and NB‑IoT. -Proficient in protocols including GTP, RADIUS, Diameter, IP, BGP, MP‑BGP, MPLS, L3‑VPN and IPSEC. -Experienced using Linux/UNIX or other open‑source operating systems. -Capable of performing detailed analysis and implementation of IT and telecom hardware and software solutions.
