Job Description - IT Junior Business Consultant - E-Commerce and smaller projects

Join us as an IT Junior Business Consultant and kick-start your career in E-Commerce and IT projects! This 24-month contract offers hands-on experience in an international environment - with the opportunity for a permanent position afterwards.

Assist in the configuration and customization of our E-Commerce Platform, ensuring compliance and quality across international locations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze E-Commerce related business requirements. Help translate requirements into system design specifications and ensure global alignment
Support deployments, conduct end-user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders
Participate in international projects to implement and improve our E-Commerce platform as well as different smaller projects. Assist in defining scope, objectives, and timelines, considering various stakeholder requirements and regional regulations
Work with internal IT project teams, coordinate with external partners, and foster a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT technology
Basic understanding of E-Commerce functionalities and configurations, ideally with some experience in global implementations, especially in wholesale and sales
Interest in project management and international collaboration, ideally with some experience in managing stakeholders from diverse cultural and cross-functional backgrounds
Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external partners in English. German language skills are considered a plus
Relevant certifications in project management and E-Commerce are a plus but not required
