Job Description - IT Service Desk Specialist


We are looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to provide first-line technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.


 


You will:



  • Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems

  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Exchange (mailboxes, groups, access rights)

  • Communicate clearly with users, offering guidance and updates throughout issue resolution

  • Document incidents, actions, and solutions to support knowledge sharing

  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to identify recurring issues and improve service quality


 


We Ask:



  • Experience in an IT support or service desk role

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management or similar)

  • Experience with Active Directory and Exchange administration

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Teams, Outlook); Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) are a plus

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude

  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
