What you'll do?

• You will be responsible for configuration, optimization and run of the:
  • Citrix platform
  • Azure Virtual Desktop
• 2nd Level Support in responsibility
• Support Citrix VDIs
• Azure VDIs
• XenApp
• Configure VDI images with the least privilege access for employees and consultants to do their job
• Configure access groups for the Citrix systems with Active Directory roles and groups
• Ensure platform is stable and optimized for use
• Ensure proper licensing usage and counts are available
• ITIL foundations
• Assure agreed Service and Service Quality for Storage operations.
• Monitor SLAs and OLAs based in KPIs for Service Management Processes to establish highly efficient IT operation, e.g. Change, Configuration and Asset, Knowledge, Capacity, Event, Availability and Service Continuity Management, Service Reporting, Continuous Service Improvement
• Utilizing VNE IT processes (Service Now) within the dedicated area of responsibility
• Reach common service goals and performance
• Interact with business departments and core IT teams for service improvements and IT incidents
• Take ownership to assigned global projects and/or process manager roles
• Support Budget Control and reporting
• Look for synergies and best practices

What you'll bring

• Experience both with Citrix and Azure VDIs
• You will bring a knowledge of On-Prem and in the cloud Citrix environments
• Knowledge related to:
  • Cloud Connector
  • PVS
  • MFA
  • You will bring a knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Knowledge related to WVDAdmin
  • You will setup and troubleshoot VDIs that are persistent and pool types
  • You will setup and troubleshoot multisession XenApp systems
