Ensures that photovoltaic power plants meet the established service and operational level performance agreements as stipulated in SLAs;
Critically Reviews new SLA and liaise closely with legal to recommends favourable terms for the O&M team
Review service activity reports and report findings to clients as required;
Undertake the preparation of reports according to the SLA requirements;
Performs and/or reviews availability and PR calculations
Assist and undertakes all required monitoring activities, including participating in the weekend on-call rota.
Monitor critical accounts to accomplish quick and effective problem resolution;
Manage daily activities and assist in resolving outstanding issues around the sites;
Work closely with the field services teams to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, including health and safety requirements
Liaising with internal GC dedicated teams, ensuring that product defects are promptly and efficiently escalated to the manufacturer;
Assist in the preparation of budgets, prepares payment orders for services received and invoicing for contractual fees
Aid with problem resolution for customers on escalated product issues and invoice disputes;
Provide Sales assistance in demos and/or customer site visits;
Compiling and preparing quotations of additional technical services;
Regular reporting and updating of internal KPIs;
Other duties commensurate with the role
Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
Excellent problem solving, and ability to critically think and take appropriate decisions;
Strong computer and networking skills including the ability to work with Word, Excel and various other MS Suite applications;
Ideally 1-2 years in a Solar O&M role but any O&M in any industry will be an advantage
A degree or college equivalent in a relevant technical discipline such as electrical/ electronic/ communications/ civil/ mechanical/computers etc. Additional diplomas in a business related discipline or other postgraduate degrees will be an advantage.
Demonstrable understanding of Legal and finance concepts is highly desirable
Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with demanding clients
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Willingness to participate in on-call rotas
