The individual will work in a multi\u2011vendor environment, ensuring service continuity, timely fault resolution, efficient escalations, and accurate reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic operational setting and is eager to strengthen their technical skills within telecommunications.\n\n## What you will do\n\n * Deliver first line operations for Vodafone\u2019s network infrastructure in a multi\u2011vendor environment.\n * Monitor and maintain network performance using umbrella fault management tools and specific NMS platforms.\n * Perform preventive and corrective troubleshooting to maintain service continuity and meet agreed NOC and network KPIs.\n * Dispatch field engineers or contractors for on\u2011site support when required and follow up until resolution.\n * Provide incident management activities, including technical assessment and timely escalation to second line teams.\n * Issue notifications related to service outages and collaborate with the Incident Manager when escalations are triggered.\n * Support the creation and maintenance of NOC processes and procedures.\n * Collaborate with second line teams to develop and refine alarm analysis and fault resolution procedures.\n * Maintain and update fault management systems throughout the incident lifecycle.\n * Participate in internal and external training programmes to strengthen technical capabilities.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * Strong command of English and Czech (mandatory).\n * Comfortable working with web\u2011based and Windows applications.\n * Effective communicator with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.\n * Ideally brings experience working in a busy technical support, service centre, or telecoms environment.\n * Nice to have:\n * Knowledge of telecom technologies such as GSM, UMTS, LTE, IP, PDH, SDH, and DWDM.\n * IT certifications such as CCNA, or willingness to pursue such qualifications.\n * Technical university studies in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Information Technology.\n * 1\u20132 years of experience in network operations or maintenance.\n\n\n\n## Not a Perfect Fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
