We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Junior legal admin reporting to Manager of the Management and Corporate Secretarial Department.

Key Responsibilities

• The management of corporate documents within the portfolio of clients allocated for administration, according to the services contracts concluded by the Company with the clients.

• Managing the procedures regarding the performance of the medical check-up upon employment for the employees of the Company.

• Preparation of Trade Registry documents.

• Updating the service and labour agreements assigned.

• Studying the legislation in force.

• Offering assistance in creating and implementing the AML procedures.

• Any other activity specific to the department.
