We are currently looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to support our Marketing team in planning and executing marketing activities based in Bucharest.

The ideal candidate is a passionate and creative individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of marketing. You will be responsible for assisting with various marketing tasks, including content creation, social media management, market research, and campaign analysis. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your marketing skills within a fast-paced and innovative company.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

• Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels
• Create and update marketing content for online and offline platforms
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Manage and monitor social media platforms
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies
• Assist in organizing company events and promotional activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field
• Prior experience or internship in a marketing role is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite ( with a focus on Excel & Power Point proficiency )
• Very good English skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
