Perform operational tasks of the control/monitoring room;
Ensures that photovoltaic power plants meet the established service and operational level performance agreements as stipulated in SLAs;
Monitoring the performance of the solar installations, analysing data from monitoring systems, identifying issues affecting the system’s efficiency;
Strong collaboration with the on-site teams and the Field Services staff in relation to the functionality of the photovoltaic parks;
Coordinate, control and ensure proper access protocol, key management and lead the intersection between the CCTV company, Security company and on-site visitors;
Record site access procedures;
Responding to emergency calls during site monitoring period under maintenance according to the monitoring procedures and contractual obligations;
Record and report all malfunctions, deficiencies and other unusual events;
Review service activity reports and paperwork timely to the appropriate recipients;
Manage daily activities and assist in resolving outstanding issues around the sites;
Communicate product issues to internal GC dedicated teams so they can be escalated to the manufacturer;
Ensure work related LV and HV RAMS are clearly understood and performed safely and in adherence with local regulatory and environmental standards;
Knows and applies the provisions of the legislation in the field of Health and Safety in case of Emergency situations.
Envisioned working hours (including 1 hour of breaks) ROM time
April to October 11am to 8PM
November to March 9am to 6PM
The Junior O&M Monitoring Manager will work alongside the Asset management and Field Services staff to assist with the delivery of our contractual O&M obligations. Covering work aspects relating to the monitoring, daily administration, operations and maintenance of the O&M portfolio. The Successful candidate will also undertake operational site visits. The role will also require the successful candidate to work alongside Field Services staff, Clients and on-site Subcontractors for reporting purposes.
Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to multi task;
Excellent problem solving, and ability to critically think and take appropriate decisions;
Strong computer and networking skills including the ability to work with Word, Excel and various other MS Suite applications.
Experience with satellite and networking communications, SCADA and ticketing systems is highly desirable.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in written and spoken English - German and/or Hungarian is a plus.
Experience in a service watch role and participation in on-call rotas.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline (Advanced Degrees Preferred);
