Junior Tester

Job Title: Junior Tester

- Hybrid position (3 days on-site in Bucharest)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional and performance testing on the new Microsoft Intune implementation to ensure successful migration and accurate configuration.

• Validate that software packages, device settings, and MDM (Mobile Device Management) policies meet all business and security requirements.

• Test deployment processes and functionality of macOS applications and configurations managed via Intune.

• Work closely with engineering teams to identify, document, and track issues related to device compliance, policy implementation, and software packaging.

• Support the verification and integration of Apple DEP (Device Enrollment Program) and MDM profiles.

• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining test plans, cases, and related documentation.

• Participate in testing cycles for new feature rollouts, updates, and configuration changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Foundational knowledge of macOS systems, device management, and software packaging.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Apple MDM solutions, and Apple DEP processes.

• Educational background or hands-on experience in QA, software testing, or IT system validation.

• Strong attention to detail with a systematic approach to identifying and documenting issues.

• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset within a technical team environment.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced IT infrastructure and endpoint management setting.
