What You’ll do:

• Develop/ update Induction/Products/Processes/Systems video trainings and tutorials;
• Administer our e-learning training platform – Next Gen Learning Space;
• Participate in designing and delivering F2F and online soft skills learning solutions (sales, communication, presentation, leadership);
• Monitor training effectiveness and measure behavioral changes as a result of the training programs;
• Organize trainings logistics and prepare reports.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• To be passionate in helping others to become better at what they do;
• At least 1 year experience in successfully changing other’s behaviors via F2F and online training solutions ;
• To have very good organizational and time management skills;
• To have very good communication skills in English.
