Key responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and resolve guest needs before they are requested, ensuring a seamless experience


• Greet guests with a warm, genuine smile, maintaining professional eye contact and a poised, upright posture at all times


• Execute the steps of service in perfect harmony, ensuring that all guests at a table are served simultaneously to create a cohesive and refined dining experience


• Uphold impeccable presentation standards, ensuring all glassware is spotless, silverware is perfectly aligned, and table linens are crisp and pristine


• Adhere strictly to the established uniform and grooming standards, reflecting the brand’s image and attention to detail in every interaction

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a passionate bartender who thrives in a luxury environment to elevate the art of the cocktail. In this role, you will do more than mix drinks; you will craft enriching moments for our guests, whether providing intuitive service behind the main bar or sharing your expertise during vibrant mixology sessions.

Key qualifications and skills:

• Very good English knowledge


• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverages 


• Enthusiastic, motivated and very dynamic person


• Team player, able to work under pressure


• Exceptional organizational skills to manage a meticulous mise en place (prep station), ensuring the bar remains fully stocked, immaculately clean, and visually appealing throughout high-volume shifts
