Being part of our team, you will:
Manage Stakeholder, System, and Software requirements for medium to large projects of average to significant complexity for products across a strategic channel
Work closely with project teams, including multiple stakeholders, to ensure requirements are understood and deliverables are aligned with long-term business objectives as well as project objectives
Create and manage the System and Software Requirements Specifications
Identify discrepancies and conflicts in requirements
Clarify requirements with Stakeholders and downstream consumers
Manage reviews of requirements, and requirement management tooling and methods with teams throughout the organization
Appropriately identify and communicate risks related to requirements
Report on status of requirements to the Project Manager
Ensure requirements correctness, completeness, traceability, and testability in compliance with applicable standards
Manage change requests as it relates to changes in requirements
Identify and suggest improvements to engineering processes with respect to Scope Management and Requirements Analysis
Ability to manage diverse tool chains and multiple document formats
Provide reliable solutions for a variety of problems using sound problem-solving techniques
Ability to proactively drive teams to creative and pragmatic solutions
Demonstrate proficient use and knowledge of established industry standards and procedures
Consistently demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization
Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced requirements analyst
We believe that collaboration leads to the best ideas, and we rely heavily on team interaction. As a hybrid role based in Cluj-Napoca, this position will require at least 3 days in the office each week.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Software Engineering, Math or Physics or a technical field or another relevant field and a minimum of 9 years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Advanced understanding and experience in the field of requirements engineering
Advanced understanding of ASPICE, specifically in terms of SYS.1, SYS.2, SYS.3, and SWE.1
Strong experience with requirements management tools (JAMA, DOORs, etc.)
Agile/Scrum methodology experience and/or training
Experience with JIRA
Knowledge of FMEA methodology
Experience working with Global teams
Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated sense of urgency, commitment, and focus on the right priorities to develop solutions in a timely fashion
Consistent demonstration of quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization
Must exhibit professionalism, be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent time management and follow-up skills
Would be a plus:
Experience with documenting basic, high-level system architectures and logical concepts
Experience with data analysis methods and tools, including custom scripting for enhancing efficiency
Experience with the use of AI for streamlining data analysis (prompt engineering experience)
Automotive industry experience
