Job Description - Learning & Training Specialist with German
Responsibilities: · Single point of contact for training requests · Support resourcing tasks and transaction processes related to Learning & Training · Examination of training request from customers · Scrutiny of training requests regarding completeness (are requests ready for processing/production) · Retrieve missing information from customers · Answer training related questions of managers and employees, solves issues and problems · Creates, schedules and reschedules training courses in the Learning Platform, books employees and provides evaluation forms · Purchase training in our internal purchasing tools (MyStore) from external training providers · Process all the changes that can occur on an already created schedule (cancelation included) · Communicates with training Portfolio Manager / Training Proffesionals, internal and external vendors, register employees to trainings, runs the internal billing system and approves invoices issued by the training vendors in collaboration with budget owners as well as local purchasing department · Processing, maintenance and administration of data on trainings in the learning management systems (HR Suite, Globat Teach, Percipio or similar) · Organisation, monitoring and coordination of standard inhouse seminars for employees in Germany · Manages the training logistics (booking of hotels, training rooms, sending information to participants, billing information, etc) and takes care of data privacy of training participants · Organize, update and maintain documents, records and files for training purposes (upload the documents on an internal SharePoint) · Cooperates with external vendors · Process invoices and checks the invoices against order Experience and skills required: · Outstanding communication skills · Excellent analytical and structured thinking · Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken & written) · Excellent knowledge of German language (advanced spoken & written) · Experiences in learning platforms, ticketing systems or related planning tools (HR database) · Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint and Powerpoint · Basic finance knowledge · Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required · Reliability · Attention to detail.
