Job Description - Live Casino Service Manager

About the job:

We are looking for Service Managers at our control center in Bucharest. The role will be working closely and supporting operations for Playmatrix live dealer studio. This is a great opportunity for both experienced professionals with similar background, as well as new specialists willing to develop their skills and advance within the established game provider company.

What You'll get to do:

  • Overseeing gaming operations according to procedures, game rules and regulations.
  • Monitoring game and player activity, reporting irregularities.
  • Incident management related to game continuity.
  • Player dispute management and investigations.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly reporting to management.
  • Game presenter performance evaluation.
  • Table maintenance management and related communication.

What You need to shine:

  • Experience in the casino or gaming industry, advantage in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge of casino games.
  • Leadership experience/skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software (Jira, Confluence – not mandatory).
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Note: This role requires availability to work in shifts (08:00–16:00, 16:00–00:00, 00:00–08:00), including weekends and public holidays.

  • Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.

- 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.

- 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.
