LTS Logistic Project Manager

We are looking for a LTS Logistics Project Manager for our Serial Life Management Department in Hunedoara.

Responsabilities:

• Manage major LTS projects (planning, organizing and controlling), or several smaller LTS projects in cooperation with project team, and after approval by supervisor;


• Create, manage, update and analyze complex project planning and concepts in cooperation with the LTS project team; derive measures as necessary;


• Develop and coordinate subprojects; cost planning, monitor compliance and take countermeasures in case of deviations;


• Ensures that technical production concepts are developed and implemented;


• Act as an interface between involved internal/ external areas (e.g. key project leader, technical project leader, sub-project leader, customer, suppliers, departments, etc.);


• Supplier selection ( Production Equipment, Services) and  creation/ signing of task interface agreements with suppliers, and provide support in make or buy decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Technical field or business administration with 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position;


• Experience in Project Management as well as technical understanding;


• Project management skills, knowledge of problem-solving techniques, change management and common lean methods (Six Sigma, continuous improvement process, etc.);


• Advanced knowledge of English is a must, German is considered a plus;


• Very good communication skills, conflict management and process oriented thinking.
