In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all presenters look their absolute best for the camera, adhering to strict company standards. Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality makeup and hairstyling according to company standards, ensuring a flawless on-camera appearance.
• Expertly handle tattoo coverage and specialized makeup techniques required for studio lighting.
• Proactively retouch makeup and hairstyles throughout the shift to maintain consistency.
• Train and guide employees on company appearance and grooming standards.
• Manage and monitor stock levels of materials and accessories, ensuring tools are properly stored and sanitized.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace at all times.
• Communicate effectively through company channels to report activities and respond to urgent requests.
• Foster a positive experience for employees by maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English (C1 level).
• Minimum of 1+ year of hands-on experience in makeup application and hairstyling.
• A professional diploma or certification in hairstyling, makeup, or a related artistic field is mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts within a 24/7 operating environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with diverse personalities.
• Basic PC literacy for scheduling and communication purposes.
• Exceptional self-discipline and a high standard for your own professional appearance.
