Management Consulting Functional & Technical Analyst

We are inviting you to join the biggest and most experienced Sourcing & Procurement consulting team (+100 professionals) on the Romanian market and one of the biggest in EMEA. For more than 20 years our focus has been in leading and supporting the biggest Sourcing & Procurement Digital transformations. By joining you will be supporting, troubleshooting and configuring tools like Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Basware, etc. You will also contribute to defining and applying pioneering and winning S&P concepts, strategies, and methodologies.

This role sits within the Managed Services (MS) team, part of our Sourcing & Procurement offering, which in turn operates within the broader Supply Chain & Engineering Reinvention partner. Managed Services delivers a range of post go-live services including Platform Maintenance, Operations, Enhancement and Optimization services. Join us to help shape the future of the MS Team.

We are looking for a curious and proactive analyst with strong communication skills and an interest in understanding end-to-end business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Join our growing team and support Application Management Services (AMS), including Service Desk & Incident Management, Release Management, End User support & training, Supplier and Content Enablement, cXML Vendor Enablement, System Configuration Enhancements, and System Administration activities.
• Communicate with our international client stakeholders, end users and suppliers via telephone and email to support as required.
•  Work with some of the biggest clients in large global implementation projects and support services.
•  Collaborate within our highly engaged and diverse global network to support delivery and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken), any additional language is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
• Good presentation skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in distributed delivery environments.
• Passionate about Sourcing & Procurement, innovation and delivery of the latest technologies to your clients
