Your Mission  

Reporting of process deviations and nonconformities of processes and components 

 
Key Responsibilities 

• 
  

  Has the obligation to report process deviations / nonconformities related to processes and components, including: 

  
  

• 
  

  Lack of documentation at the workstation (work and inspection instructions, start-up approval forms, maintenance records) 

  
  

• 
  

  Improper completion of required documents (start-up approval forms, maintenance records) 

  
  

• 
  

  Failure to comply with the working method specified in the work instructions 

  
  

• 
  

  Failure to comply with the inspection method and frequency specified in the documentation 

  
  

• 
  

  Failure to use the provided personal protective equipment (PPE) 

  
  

• 
  

  Failure to use ESD protection where required 

  
  

• 
  

  Improper use of tools / production means 

  
  

• 
  

  Use of production equipment in an improper or unsuitable condition 

  
  

• 
  

  Use of additional equipment not specified in the work instructions 

  
  

• 
  

  Failure to comply with defined storage areas 

  
  

• 
  

  Use of equipment / tools for purposes other than those intended 

  
  

  Defines and implements the necessary immediate corrective actions when nonconformities are detected 

  Informs the supplier quality engineer / process engineer about nonconformities identified on the production lines 

  Blocks and isolates components when nonconformities are identified 

  Makes decisions within the limits of assigned responsibilities regarding specific products, processes, or materials 

  Participates in and defines immediate corrective actions together with the UET supervisor 

  Provides support in the preparation of audits in the production area 

  Is responsible and authorized to stop production in case of quality issues, in accordance with internal escalation procedures 

  Performs continuous improvement activities at the established frequency 

  Prepares daily reports highlighting identified quality issues 

  Performs process audits (Flash audits) according to the established plan 

  Carries out a primary analysis of nonconformities when they are detected 

  Transfers and blocks suspected components in SAP after physically isolating them in the quarantine area
