The marketing function plays a key role in supporting business development through lead generation, brand management, and strategic campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
Purpose of Role
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement with target audiences.
Working closely with the Marketing Director and internal stakeholders, this role focuses on campaign delivery, content coordination, and marketing operations, ensuring that marketing activities are delivered efficiently and aligned to business objectives.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while contributing to marketing performance and continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the execution of B2B marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (email, website, social media, events)
Assist in the development of campaign materials, assets, and communications
Coordinate campaign activities across teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment
Monitor and track campaign performance against KPIs and objectives
Support the creation and coordination of marketing content including blogs, articles, case studies, and reports
Assist in maintaining and updating website content and marketing materials
Coordinate social media activities, including scheduling and posting content
Support content distribution across multiple channels to maximise engagement
Assist in the planning and coordination of events, webinars, and industry conferences
Support pre-event, live, and post-event marketing activities and follow-ups
Help track engagement and success metrics from marketing events
Maintain and update CRM systems and marketing
Support lead generation and nurturing processes, including email campaigns and follow-up activities
Ensure data quality and compliance with GDPR requirements
Assist in preparing marketing performance reports (monthly and campaign-specific)
Track marketing metrics and contribute to performance analysis and insights
Support continuous improvement by highlighting trends and recommendations
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
Support the implementation of marketing processes, tools, and systems
Assist in managing external suppliers and marketing partners where required
Skills, Qualifications & Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–3 years' experience supporting or executing B2B marketing activities or campaigns
Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, email tools)
Understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer journeys
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices (desirable)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to support development of engaging and audience-focused content
Attention to detail in reviewing and publishing content
Strong organisational and time management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making
Proactive and self-motivated, with positive attitude
Collaborative team player with ability to work across functions
Curious, creative, and eager to learn
