ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Data Analyst with a strong marketing background to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with our clients' marketing department, helping them make data-driven decisions through deep analysis of campaign performance, spend efficiency, and customer behaviour across multiple platforms.

You’ll act as the bridge between complex data and actionable marketing insights, speaking fluently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with the marketing team to analyse performance across social media, advertising platforms, and paid user acquisition channels (iOS, Android, Web) segmented by region/country.


• Track, analyse, and optimize marketing spend, campaign efficiency, lifetime value (LTV), and customer acquisition costs (CAC).


• Provide insight into pricing strategies, general marketing campaign performance, and key success metrics.


• Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports to support marketing goals.


• Identify opportunities for improvement in targeting, channel mix, and ROI through data.


• Translate complex data findings into clear, concise recommendations for marketing leadership.


• Help drive experimentation, A/B testing, and forecasting for marketing initiatives.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role in the marketing sector;


• Proven experience supporting marketing teams with data insights and campaign analysis;


• Strong understanding of key marketing metrics (LTV, CAC, ROI, churn, etc.);


• Experience with cross-platform analysis (iOS, Android, web), particularly on a per-country basis;


• Strong SQL skills - querying large datasets and manipulating raw data;


• Solid understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and user acquisition models;


• Confident communicator, able to explain technical findings clearly to senior marketing stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets for ad hoc analysis and dashboarding;


• Exposure to custom reporting platforms and BI tools;


• Experience using Python for statistical modelling, automation, or deeper data exploration.
